Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Nick Bolton spoke with reporters on Friday during his press conference and shared the team’s takeaway from the Dallas Cowboys’ loss to improve ahead of Week 14.”We just have to do a better job on our leverage (and) having 11 guys doing everything at the same time and working in unison. I think there were a couple of plays last week that we didn’t do that, and it showed,” said Bolton, “So, just having all 11 guys working together. Whether it be d-line getting their hands up or guys reading down the line of scrimmage (or) our linebackers getting proper depth. Everything goes together.”The Chiefs’ defense struggled on third downs last week, allowing the Cowboys to sustain long drives. The unit will need to bounce back with more efficiency at home this Sunday against a hungry Houston Texans team seeking a postseason spot as well in the crowded AFC Wild Card picture. This article originally appeared on Chiefs Wire: Chiefs LB Nick Bolton on lessons learned from Week 13 loss to Cowboys
