MANHATTAN (KSNT) – The Kansas State Wildcats were only able to maintain a lead over the Seton Hall Pirates for the first minute of the game, before trailing for the duration.The ‘Cats struggled to maintain possession, allowing the Pirates to score 22 points off of turnovers. K-State received little help from its bench with just 12 points, versus Seton Hall’s 22.K-State’s Khamari McGriff led the way for the Wildcats with 12 points, eight rebounds and an assist. Abdi Bashir Jr., P.J. Haggerty and Nate Johnson all followed along with 11 points each.Seton Hall’s Elijah Fisher and A.J. Staton-McCray each scored 16 points and five rebound, with McCray recording one assist.The ‘Cats also struggled at the free throw line, going just 15 for 35.This is K-State’s fourth-straight loss.The ‘Cats will host Mississippi Valley State on Dec. 8 at 7 p.m.For more sports news, click here.
