The defeat saw the Gulls slip to third place in National League South as their opponents moved up to 16th place.Tom Leahy gave the Kent side an eighth-minute lead before Ricky Korboa doubled the tally shortly before the half-hour mark. Louis Dennis got what proved to be a consolation goal deep in second-half stoppage time as Torquay’s five-game winning run in the league came to an end. “I think it’s a wasted opportunity,” Wotton told BBC Radio Devon.”We didn’t have perfect chances, I think we had two or three good chances.”I just felt we lacked a bit of quality in our final decision-making. Our final ball, it wasn’t great.”I don’t think anyone put a marker down in the first 10 minutes, I don’t think there was a big header, I don’t think there was a tackle.”It’s frustrating, hugely frustrating, and we just didn’t do what we’ve been doing.”
