He’s a dynamic threat with the ball in his hands. Shaheed’s kickoff return TD jumpstarted a 17-point third quarter for the Seahawks, who followed that special teams score with a Sam Darnold to Jaxon Smith-Njigba touchdown and Jason Myers field goal.Shaheed also made an impact as a pass catcher. The speedy wideout registered four receptions on five targets for 67 receiving yards. That included a 33-yard pass from Darnold, the Seahawks’ most explosive play on offense. Shaheed finished second in receiving yards behind just Smith-Njigba (92).The Seahawks acquired Shaheed from the New Orleans Saints in an aggressive move at the trade deadline. Prior to Sunday, he hadn’t recorded more than 27 receiving yards as a Seahawk.
