This injury has not improved with advised rest and team rehab, and now will need to be addressed.”NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport revealed the specialist and that the surgery would end Hendrickson’s season: “Bengals star DE Trey Hendrickson is set to visit Dr. William Meyers in Philadelphia’s Vincera Institute as he weighs likely core muscle surgery.”Hendrickson has played since October 26 when he pushed back early from an injury and re-aggravated the issue. Reporting of the exact injury has varied, but Hendrickson and the Bengals had clearly hoped that, by not going on injured reserve, he could miss fewer than four games.
