CBB: Boston College/Notre Dame Betting Prediction
Boston College are on the road tonight to face off against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Boston College is 9-7 and Notre Dame is 7-9 so far this season. But here’s the thing, Notre Dame are double digit favorites in this one. What’s going on here Bill? You may ask.
The Irish have lost 4 games in a row, 3 of them were against very good opponents. They have too good of a head coach and too many experienced guards to continue this losing streak. They move the ball much better than Boston College, and are the far more talented team. Despite what their records may suggest.
The second and probably main reason to take the Irish tonight is Markus Burton. Back from a knee injury that sidelined him for many weeks, Burton is the best player for Notre Dame when healthy.
I expect the threes to fall for the Irish tonight at home. The spread here points to a huge victory for Notre Dame and I agree. I think they dominate this game from all aspects. I expect their offense to flow more openly and a rebounding advantage here in this one. Look for the Irish to come out aggressive and blow these guys out of the gym.
