On Saturday, Pride of Detroit had their annual Movember marathon stream to support the University of Michigan Rogel Cancer center. In total for the month, we raised over $32,500 for the cause—which is a testament to how awesome Detroit Lions fans, and more specifically, the Pride of Detroit community is.Throughout the day, we hosted a litany of Lions-related guests and peppered them with questions about Thursday’s win over the Cowboys, how Detroit adjusts to life without Brian Branch, and each writer’s favorite story they’ve written about the Lions this year. But the main topic of conversation all day was the Detroit Lions’ playoff chances. I wanted to know what each analyst thought about Detroit’s odds to make the postseason after their win against the Cowboys. And, a bit to my surprise, despite the Lions’ probability hovering around 50 percent, each and every guest said they believe the Lions will, indeed, make the playoffs. Some were more resolved in their answer than others, but every guest who was asked the question ultimately did pick Detroit to land in the postseason.Want to see each analyst’s argument for the Lions making the playoffs? We’ve got you covered. The entire stream is available in three parts over on YouTube, but I will embed them below with timestamps for each guest.
