The Senators trailed Morrilton by eight points in the fourth quarter before scoring 15 unanswered points to pull off a 35-28 win.But Lakeside is seeking to pull off another massive upset in the 5A ranks. Last week, the Rams ended the three-year championship reign of Little Rock Parkview with a 25-21 win – and that game happened to take place at War Memorial Stadium, the same venue where Lakeside will play on Saturday.Robinson is seeking to win its fourth state title, and the first since 2021. For the third time today, Hakim Frampton catches a scoring pass, the latest a 39-yard strike from Reece Simpson. (Robinson, 27-13 | 10:50, 3rd) HALFTIME- Lakeside had 221 yards of total offense in the first half. Robinson had 187; the Senators had 213 yards passing but minus 26 yards rushing.SECOND QUARTER- Robinson’s Lennox Campos comes up with a sack, and with time running out, that will do it for the first half. Senators go into the locker room with the lead. – Lakeside gets into Robinson territory as we are now under a minute here in the opening half. – TOUCHDOWN ROBINSON. One play after the pick, the Senators strike and take their first lead of the afternoon, as Reece Simpson finds Hakim Frampton in the corner of the end zone for a 29-yard score. Senators have scored three TDs in less than two minutes. (Robinson, 20-13 | 2:32, 2nd) – INTERCEPTION ROBINSON. Senators with the momentum now as they force their third turnover on the day. Caleb Smith reads a screen pass and takes it down to inside the Lakeside 30 with more than two minutes left. – TOUCHDOWN ROBINSON. Things are heating up here in Little Rock. Senators respond with a 4-play, 65-yard march, ending in a 9-yard scoring toss from Reece Simpson to Josiah Warrion-Benson. We are tied up now. (13-13 | 2:53, 2nd) – TOUCHDOWN LAKESIDE. Rams go 74 yards in just two plays to score again. Both plays were from QB Wally Wolcott to Drew Morgan; the first a 50-yard pass and the second a 24-yard connection for the TD. Rams try for two but it fails. (Lakeside, 13-6 | 4:07, 3rd) – TOUCHDOWN ROBINSON. Senators take advantage of the short field, driving 25 yards in four plays, as Hakim Frampton hauls in a 14-yard pass from Reece Simpson. But the PAT is blocked, keeping Lakeside in front. (Lakeside, 7-6 | 4:31, 2nd)  – Drive stalls for Lakeside deep in its own territory and the Rams will punt. But it’s shanked and goes out of bounds near their 25. Huge opportunity for Robinson here. – INTERCEPTION LAKESIDE. Robinson gets inside the red zone, but Lakeside’s Deklan McKinney picks off a pass and the Rams take over inside their own 10 with 8:04 left in the half. – FUMBLE RECOVERY ROBINSON. Lakeside gets into Robinson territory, but the Rams fumble it away to the Senators.  Redman,Jackson Redman forced and recovered the fumble with more than nine minutes to go in the half. FIRST QUARTER- Robinson has to punt it away on its second series. Lakeside takes over in the closing seconds of the period. – TOUCHDOWN LAKESIDE. On the very next play after the Rams’ takeaway, they successfully execute a trick play. RB Peter Ohman throws a pass to Ajay Burns from 30 yards out. (Lakeside, 7-0 | 3:57, 1st) – FUMBLE RECOVERY LAKESIDE. Robinson gets inside the Lakeside 40 on its opening series, but the Rams’ defense gets a strip sack. Kavan Morgan forces the fumble and it’s recovered by Vincent Henry, who runs it back to the Senators’ 30. – INTERCEPTION ROBINSON. Lakeside takes the opening kick and uses nearly half of the first-quarter clock and advances inside the Robinson 20. However, a pass is picked off by the Senators’ Kyrin Grimes in his own end zone. Robinson finally gets to be on offense.- Robinson wins the toss and defers to the second half.
