It looked like yesterday would be another quiet one as we lead into the Winter Meetings, but last night, the Mets poached a Yankee again, Devin Williams becoming the latest player to switch from the Bronx to Queens. Despite struggling mightily for most of the 2025 season, Williams secured a solid three-year, $51-million to join the Yankees’ crosstown rival. The Yankees were reportedly interested in a reunion with Williams, but it’s not surprising to see they didn’t stay in the race with the bidding reaching $51 million.
