CBB: LBSU/San Francisco Betting Prediction
Long Beach State takes a short trip north tonight to take on the San Francisco Dons. While usually I like overs in San Fran games, I think we see a blowout and low scoring affair tonight in this one.
San Fran poses issues for LBSU defensively, their length should be too much for them to overcome. I think we see San Fran bleed clock throughout with long calculated possessions. Devin Askew for LBSU is a concern surely, scoring 20 and 27 points in his two games so far this season. Devin has yet to see perimeter defense like the guards at San Fran are capable of though.
I expect the Dons to dominate the boards and force a good amount of tough shots tonight. Both offenses should see some regression tonight after high scoring games to start the season. I also think the low total set by Vegas here speaks volumes. I don’t mind “listening” to the line in this one.
The Dons win in blowout fashion tonight and we’ll see LBSU struggle to get good looks. Blowouts are always good for under total bets in basketball if you ask me.
