CBB: Northern Arizona/Montana Betting Prediction
We got an awesome matchup in the Big Sky Tournament tonight. The Northern Arizona Lumberjacks and the Montana Grizzlies are facing off in Boise, Idaho. This is a 7 seed versus 2 seed matchup, Montana with the higher ranking. Keep reading below for my play on the total for this game.
I expect a physical matchup here, and believe Montana will be forced to play a slower pace than normal. I also expect three point percentage regression from each team. Both teams are capable of getting hot and have good scoring guards which is tough. I do think the under squeaks by tonight though. Conference tournament play and a March Madness birth on the line, both team’s defense should pick up tonight.
What caught my attention was how fishy this line was. These teams faced off twice this season and went over this total easily in both games. I think I’ve found a great trap line for us to exploit here in this one, I project this game to land in the upper 130 range. Let’s cash another late night college basketball bet.
