CBB: Portland/Saint Mary’s Betting Prediction
The Portland Pilots are on the road tonight to face off against the Saint Mary’s Gaels. I’m projecting a blowout victory for Saint Mary’s in this one, as the spread suggests.
What a season it’s been so far for Randy Bennett and the Gaels. They are 13-1 in conference play. Portland has a losing record on the other hand, although they have won 3 of their last 4 games. They’re in for a humbling outing tonight in the Bay Area.
This upperclassmen team from Saint Mary’s is no joke this year. I expect them to make waves in the tournament come March. They have a physical advantage in this one, both size and speed. I expect them to win by 30 or more tonight.
