CBB: Portland State/CSUB Betting Prediction
Portland State is on the road tonight to take on the Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunners. Both teams have won their last two games coming into this one. Bakersfield is 4-0 so far at home this season and I like their success at home to continue tonight.
Look for the Roadrunners to get back to their defensive roots at home here tonight. This is a rough court to score on, you’ll notice why if you watch the game. Bakersfield has improved their offensive attack this season compared to recent years. Guard CJ Hardy is coming off a career night in his last game. Look for him to stay hot tonight at home.
The main two reasons I see Portland State struggling tonight is the strong perimeter defense they will face and a disadvantage on the glass.
Look for the Roadrunners to keep a slow pace tonight and win this one in comfortable fashion. Turnovers should be an issue for Portland State tonight.
