Game: Los Angeles Chargers vs Houston Texans
Time: 4:30 pm ET
NFL Playoffs start today and of course, we have been dominating it. I couldn’t wait to put my hands on it, so I started early in order to get the best analysis for you guys.
I’m sharing a free play for the first game of the playoffs were the Chargers are visiting the Texans.
I’m going to explain thoroughly with why I’m backing the Chargers.
Los Angeles defense is REAL. They limited their opponents this season to 20 or less points in 13 of 17 games played, that’s absurd. Only teams that went over the 20 pt threshold are juggernaut offenses like: Bengals, Bucs, Ravens and lastly a Broncos team that didn’t disappoint in the offensive side of the ball.
Herbert has found in Harbaugh a nice coach that gives him the tools and confidence to throw away and doesn’t rely only in one WR or TE, he throws it around to give him from flexibility. JK Dobbins rushed for 905 yds in 13 games played giving a nice balance on the offensive side.
The Texans are a very nice team, with a bright future ahead, but it’s not a secret that their OL needs work since the Texans are the 3rd most sacked team in the NFL, and the Chargers are the 5th best team in the league talking about sacks given. Also, they lost Tank Dell recently and in 3 games without him they average 16 ppg, did their offense became very predictable?
We’ll see but I like the chances with the Chargers defense today.
My prediction: Chargers -2.5 -110
