Seahawks, Rams stay tied atop the NFC West following Week 14 wins

The Seattle Seahawks cruised to victory on Sunday, defeating the Atlanta Falcons 37-9. Their rival Los Angeles Rams matched the result (and dominant performance) by beating the Arizona Cardinals 45-17. Both teams improved to 10-3 as a result and remain tied atop the NFC West division.The Rams currently hold the tiebreaker over the Seahawks due winning the Week 11 matchup 21-19. The rematch is scheduled for Week 16. It could end up deciding the NFC West division title.Here are the NFC West standings through 14 weeks. Los Angeles hammered Arizona today. The Rams slipped up last weekend, losing 31-28 to the Carolina Panthers. That allowed the Seahawks to match the Rams on victories again, but the tiebreaker currently makes the difference in the standings.The Rams will play the Detroit Lions and Seahawks next. They close out their regular-season campaign with soft matchups versus the Falcons and Cardinals. The Seahawks have a slightly more difficult schedule. They’ll play the Indianapolis Colts in Week 15, who just lost quarterback Daniel Jones to a season-ending Achilles injury.
